Full-time or part-time · Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d).

Continuous quality improvement in weaving, pre-weaving, and finishing
BDE documentation and data maintenance
Recording key performance indicators in weaving (utilization effects, etc.)
Documentation of quality processes
Improving processes and documentation in the showroom
Conducting incoming goods inspections
Supporting the weaving manager with personnel deployment
Training apprentices in the occupations of Machine and Plant Operator/Textile Technology and Production Mechanic

Successfully completed training as an industrial master or technician in the field of textile technology, with professional experience
Several years of professional experience
Team player
Ideally, experience as a trainer for textile machine operators
Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
Proficiency in standard Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
