Key Account Manager (f/m/d) Home Textiles

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for expanding business with existing customers and acquiring new customers (nationally and internationally).
  • You regularly plan performance and sales targets with the sales management.
  • You independently conduct business development, process customer orders and inquiries, and conduct contract negotiations independently.
  • Together with internal specialist departments, you develop customer-specific products, ensure smooth production processes (including visiting suppliers in the finished goods purchasing area) and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Your Profile

  • Above-average commitment and dedication to the company and the customers you are responsible for.
  • Completed commercial training or a university degree.
  • Professional experience in key account management / sales / distribution.
  • Experience in the textile / apparel sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation and negotiation skills; fluent English in addition to German.
  • High willingness to travel and represent the company at customer sites, trade fairs and with suppliers.
  • A high level of customer orientation, dedication and reliability.
